A notarial agreement with the commune allows for fencing and separation of the entire area in exchange for care for green areas. The house “belongs” to 4.45% of the obligations to maintain the common greenery. The area is looked after by gardeners. At the entrance to the estate, there is a guardhouse with monitoring.
